Impact Studios is thrilled to announce the growth of our Transformation Practice. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Lead Digital Strategist who can help us shape, build, and expand our consulting capabilities.
This pivotal role is at the forefront of business transformation, integrating strategy, operations, and technology to revolutionize the way organizations function, grow, innovate, and execute. You will spearhead strategic initiatives that modernize operating models, re-engineer processes, enhance digital adoption, and implement AI-driven methodologies across various enterprise functions.
Collaborating closely with our engineering division, comprising over 800 experts in AI, data, cloud, and software, you will ensure that strategies translate into measurable outcomes and effective implementations.
This position is a builder role: encompassing strategy, delivery, and leadership—perfect for individuals who excel in ambiguity, foster clarity, and possess a strong perspective on how enterprises should evolve in a landscape influenced by AI and rapid technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cultivate and Enhance the Transformation Offering
- Define the consulting portfolio for the Transformation Practice (Operating Model Evolution, Digital Roadmapping, Automation Strategy, AI-Enabled Process Redesign, Change Enablement).
- Develop methodologies, frameworks, playbooks, templates, and assessment tools.
- Create repeatable transformation narratives, value propositions, and execution blueprints.
2. Oversee Strategic Transformation Projects
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of impactful transformation initiatives.
- Conduct thorough discovery, evaluate business processes, identify maturity gaps, and design future-state operating models.
- Formulate transformation roadmaps encompassing technology, personnel, governance, and execution.
- Structure MVPs and pilot programs that validate and amplify change.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, data, and engineering teams to bring strategies to fruition.
3. Propel Commercial Growth & Client Success
- Work alongside Sales to uncover opportunities and co-create proposals.
- Facilitate workshops, engage in C-level discussions, conduct diagnostic sessions, and lead visioning exercises.
- Translate business objectives into actionable transformation initiatives that secure projects and strengthen client relationships.
4. Develop and Nurture a High-Performing Team
- Assist in recruiting strategists and consultants.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Foster a culture of excellence, constructive feedback, accountability, and client-centric thinking.
- Ensure the team scales effectively with robust methodological foundations and consistent delivery.
5. Integrate Strategy with Technology & Execution
- Act as a bridge between strategy, technology, and execution to ensure seamless implementation.
