Conduct regular process reviews and plan improvement projects from start to finish. Ensure all service desk tickets and WFM emails are processed within the agreed SLA. Utilize concise oral and written communication skills to present solutions in a business context. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team. Qualifications for Success Ability to embrace and drive change with a positive and resilient approach to challenges. Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas, theories, and technical information to operational and managerial staff. Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages relevant to our markets are advantageous. Experience with advanced spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets). Proficiency in SQL and Python; knowledge of similar programming languages is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role is required.
