Role overview
The Field Sales Team Leader will drive Booksy’s expansion in Madrid while overseeing team efforts in Malaga, Seville, Murcia, and Valencia. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with local businesses and ensuring the team meets sales objectives.
What you will do
- Increase Booksy’s customer base in Madrid and guide the Field Sales team in other cities to reach set targets.
- Connect with potential clients mainly through door-to-door outreach, developing a new customer portfolio.
- Track all sales activities and client communications using Salesforce CRM.
- Visit clients in person to assess needs, present the Booksy platform, provide demonstrations, and help with initial app setup.
- Support prospects from first contact to onboarding, collaborating with the onboarding team to activate accounts and foster lasting customer relationships.
Location
This role is based in Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain, and includes responsibilities in Malaga, Seville, Murcia, and Valencia.
