Join us in shaping the future of defense through groundbreaking aerospace innovations.Your ResponsibilitiesProduction Engineering and Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a connector between Systems Design and Production teams.Offer technical support to Procurement concerning electronic components specifications, obsolescence, and supplier capability evaluations.Work closely with Quality Assurance to establish, implement, and validate testing protocols for electronic systems.Product Reliability & ComplianceEnsure the reliability and robustness of electronic systems in military testing environments.Support the design and execution of qualification and acceptance tests for electronic assemblies and subsystems.Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and root cause investigations in the event of production challenges.Testing & ValidationDevelop and manage production electronic test procedures to guarantee UAV systems fulfill design intent and operational criteria.Define and validate test equipment, setups, and criteria for electronics at component, board, and system levels.Ensure complete traceability of test results and adherence to aerospace documentation standards (AS9100).Continuous Improvement & SupportProvide hands-on assistance to Production and Integration teams in resolving electronic issues during UAV assembly and testing.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardizing testing protocols and enhancing overall production quality.
