FeverUp is looking for a CRM Technical Specialist in Madrid to help shape and support our customer relationship management systems. This role works closely with teams across the company to put CRM solutions in place and keep them running smoothly. The goal: make every customer interaction more effective and meaningful.

- Work with colleagues from different departments to roll out and maintain CRM tools and processes
- Use data to inform decisions that improve how we engage with customers
- Support efforts to boost customer satisfaction and retention
- Help drive growth for FeverUp’s platform by refining CRM strategies
