Role Overview We are on the lookout for an experienced Event Producer who excels in managing all facets of event execution, from the initial creative ideation through to the successful completion of each event. This role will oversee a series of high-quality events across Europe, Dubai, and Africa, including dinners, concerts, workshops, and music events, specifically for the Cities Without Houses membership team. The Event Producer will handle client and partner relations, logistics, and budget management for each event. Responsibilities include venue sourcing, partnering with food and beverage providers, and engaging suppliers for essential items such as furniture and tableware. You will also be tasked with recruiting additional resources to assist in event execution and service. While managing individual event budgets, you will report to the Lead Events Producer on the overall regional budget, ensuring that the events reflect the high standards of the Soho House brand. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to travel for event attendance and supplier meetings are essential for this role. Events will take place in: Europe, Dubai, and Africa
