About the Role
The Project Management Lead for Spain is a senior position responsible for the execution of impactful brand partnership campaigns across media, sponsorships, and live events within the local market. This role combines hands-on project leadership with team management and client relations to ensure that complex campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative and operational standards. Acting as a trusted collaborator for Sales, Creative, and Production teams, the PM Lead fosters teamwork from the pitch stage through to execution, cultivates strong client relationships, and champions operational excellence while nurturing a high-performing local PM team.
- Team Management: Guide and mentor the local PM team, assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and fostering individual growth. Uphold and enhance the team's reputation for operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Campaign Delivery: Supervise the comprehensive delivery of some of our largest local brand partnership projects, both media and event-led. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure campaigns are delivered punctually, budget-friendly, and surpass client expectations.
- Client Services: Serve as the primary daily contact for key clients, ensuring seamless communication and top-tier service throughout the project lifecycle.
