Role Overview The Influencer & Community Engagement Specialist will drive influencer campaigns and build strong communities for beauty brands at SAMY. This position combines campaign management, influencer relationship building, and community engagement. The goal: nurture authentic, lasting connections with creators and turn them into brand advocates. The role sits at the crossroads of community, influence, and brand experience, shaping spaces that encourage participation, loyalty, and cultural relevance. Daily work includes campaign activation and close collaboration with influencers and internal teams to deliver engaging, high-performing content. What You Will Do Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying talent, onboarding, execution, and reporting on results. Find, recruit, and maintain relationships with both micro and macro influencers to foster long-term partnerships. Handle negotiations, prepare briefs, track deliverables, and manage timelines to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Grow and support a vibrant creator community, increasing engagement, advocacy, and a sense of belonging among members. Develop and implement strategies to boost engagement and loyalty, using tools like gamification, rewards, and community programs. Design and launch creative campaigns, special activations, and exclusive experiences for the community. Plan and coordinate events and brand experiences, ensuring seamless on-site execution and influencer management. Track and analyze campaign and community performance, sharing insights to improve future efforts. Work closely with creative, social, brand, and strategy teams to align messaging and maximize impact. Keep up with platform trends, changes in the influencer landscape, and emerging content formats. Location This position is based in Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, Spain.
