- Contribute significantly to the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team.
- Analyze commercial outcomes to uncover inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to outline actionable strategies.
- Assist in strategic planning and forecasting to meet business objectives.
- Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders to foster initiatives that boost revenue growth.
- Engage with various levels across the organization, working directly with executives and commercial leaders.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
