Key Responsibilities Manage the overall performance of the city depot in both rental and servicing sectors; Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning, as well as providing performance feedback; Set a positive workplace culture and lead by example; Track daily KPIs and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs); Monitor and improve vehicle availability, including performing repairs when necessary; Oversee depot cost performance, including managing consumables and preventing rework while implementing disciplined cost control practices; Prepare and present RVs for sales appointments. Practical Requirements Ability to lift or move light-to-moderate items (10–15 kg) and stand, walk, and move throughout the depot for extended periods; Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak periods to support urgent operational needs; 3 - 5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments; Strong hands-on operational capabilities and leadership skills.
