Join LoopMe as a Programmatic Account Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in nurturing robust relationships with our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily performance of demand partners and optimize accounts accordingly.
- Address technical setup inquiries and troubleshoot issues within existing integrations.
- Stay updated on the programmatic ecosystem, including new ad tech functionalities and opportunities arising from technological advancements.
- Assist in delivery, measurement, reporting, integration, and client communication.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to drive data-informed decisions aimed at enhancing product usage and identifying new opportunities.
- Work with management to define and implement enhancements to the platform, including data monitoring to identify potential issues with current products.
- Support the Account Director team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs, while identifying growth opportunities for client businesses.
- Regularly communicate with internal and external clients to provide updates, performance insights, optimization feedback, and recommendations for increasing revenue.
- Participate in client meetings.
- Ensure timely and accurate production of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports.
