Job Summary:
As the Service Security Field Team Lead, you will oversee and develop a team of Security Service Technicians, conducting annual performance evaluations. This role involves approximately 25-40% supervisory responsibilities while performing service work for the remaining time. You will design and engineer control system hardware and software programming according to project specifications and analyze building control and system performance at both the system and campus levels. This is an exempt position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and motivate team members (Service Field Technicians).
- Conduct annual performance assessments for the Security Team.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Facilitate training sessions in collaboration with the Service Manager and provide individual Engineering task training.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator to optimize Service Technician productivity.
