Emphasize clear product outcomes rather than intricate technical specifications, enabling rapid application development, consistent data quality, and reliable operations.Collaborate closely with the field experience team to guarantee the highest caliber of data from the field application and work hand-in-hand with Operations to enhance workflows for scheduling, routing, and Seeker (inspector) management.Your ResponsibilitiesPlatform Product StrategyArticulate and steer the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Maestro platform; convert objectives into quarterly initiatives and measurable KPIs.Work alongside Engineering to define SLAs for availability, latency, throughput, and change-fail rate; oversee capacity planning and cost constraints.Create user-friendly interfaces (APIs and documentation) that empower teams for self-service.Provide examples, templates, and change management assistance (release notes, migration guidance) to minimize rework.Ensure Field Data Quality through Mobile CollaborationCo-develop a joint strategy with Mobile to enhance the quality and completeness of data gathered in the field application.Establish clear definitions (“first-time-right,” “complete,” “actionable”) and eliminate friction in data capture, synchronization, and transitions.Work with Operations on Scheduling & Seeker ManagementAnalyze current scheduling and routing processes comprehensively; pinpoint bottlenecks and manual tasks.Deliver streamlined, efficient workflows and transparent service levels to facilitate the effective and predictable deployment of Seekers.AI Platform & OrchestrationDevelop AI solutions focused on inspections that guarantee complete and accurate submissions through proactive guidance and automated validation.Establish safeguards, transparency, and feedback mechanisms for trust and dependability.Oversee core AI services: retrieval connectors, embeddings/vector storage, prompt library, model registry/routing, evaluation & A/B testing.Implement safety protocols (PII redaction, output verification, human oversight) and monitoring for model quality.Create feedback loops from apps/agents to continuously enhance prompts, retrieval quality, and data quality.
