Quality Assurance Tester - Validation Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for validating software applications to ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise in identifying issues and providing solutions will be crucial in enhancing the user experience.

Oversee the inspection and release process for incoming and returned products, which includes downloading temperature records, communicating results to clients, securing necessary approvals, electronically storing inspection records, managing temperature record disposition, and handling product retains.Assist in generating daily temperature graphs and delegate alarm investigation responsibilities to the appropriate manager.Support calibration and alarm testing to ensure adherence to company SOPs.Facilitate relabeling and kitting operations to meet client needs.Participate in special projects as required.
