Qualifications
ResponsibilitiesClient & Event ManagementAct as the main point of contact for clients following the sales process. Plan and oversee all elements of meetings, conventions, and special events. Conduct pre-convention meetings to finalize event details, timelines, and service expectations. Prepare and distribute comprehensive Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to relevant hotel departments. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their expectations are met or surpassed. Event ExecutionLead on-site event management for meetings, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings. Collaborate with banquet, culinary, audiovisual, housekeeping, and front office teams. Oversee room setups, event flow, and service delivery throughout programs. Address client requests and swiftly resolve any issues to guarantee guest satisfaction. Operational CoordinationWork closely with Sales, Banquets, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution. Conduct site inspections and walk-throughs with clients. Ensure precise documentation and communication of all event requirements. Supervise event setups and breakdowns to align with hotel standards. Financial & Administrative OversightAssist in reviewing event contracts, managing budgets, and final billing processes. Monitor event revenue and contribute to profitability targets. Ensure precise invoicing and post-event billing reconciliation. Maintain event documentation within the hotel’s event management system.
