History of meeting or exceeding sales, leasing, or conversion targets. Experience using CRM platforms such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar systems. Consistent follow-up skills, including multi-touch communication (calls, emails, texts). Ability to deliver high prospect satisfaction through timely follow-ups and personalized tours. Willingness to work weekends and peak leasing hours.
