ResponsibilitiesBuild Relationships: Develop and implement location strategies for organizations. Maintain a robust pipeline of growth opportunities for new and existing customers through networking and participation in trade shows, workshops, and seminars. Understand Our Customers: Showcase your industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications. Identify key stakeholders and business drivers, understand customer budgeting and acquisition processes, and utilize solution selling skills to address their needs and challenges. Learn and Grow: Clearly communicate the strengths and benefits of Esri technology in relation to Infrastructure. Stay current through research and professional development to anticipate customer needs. Deliver Results: Execute account management and sales processes effectively for all opportunities. Utilize visual storytelling techniques to propose tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. Collaborate with Others: Use your domain knowledge to work with various teams across Esri to define and implement account strategies. Be proactive and resourceful in resolving issues. RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of enterprise sales, consulting, or program management experience. Proven ability to build partnerships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers. Familiarity with account planning and opportunity strategy development. Demonstrated knowledge of the utilities, telecom, or rail industries is advantageous.
