About the Role
Revive is seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to lead the daily management and expansion of our social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging channels. This pivotal role will collaborate closely with the Director of Social Commerce to refine our brand’s social identity, engage audiences effectively, and drive traffic and commerce through social media initiatives.
As a Social Media Manager, you will focus on enhancing engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates while ensuring our content remains entertaining, trendy, and tailored to each platform. Your responsibilities will range from daily content creation to quarterly editorial shoots, livestream support, influencer campaigns, and direct-to-consumer website needs. This role is situated at the crossroads of storytelling, community building, and commercial engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Social Platform Strategy & Growth
Collaborate closely with the Director of Social Commerce to establish and evolve our social media platforms, including defining brand tone, voice, and content strategies.
Manage daily social media execution while providing insights and ideas for broader platform growth strategies.
Drive metrics for engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates, emphasizing social-driven commerce results.
Experiment with content formats, creative strategies, and posting frequencies to enhance performance.
Creative Content Direction
Develop, edit, and produce engaging content including short-form videos, trending moments, behind-the-scenes footage, livestream highlights, and campaign narratives.
Infuse fresh, entertaining, and culturally relevant ideas to maintain an engaging and distinctive social presence.
Lead content creation during quarterly editorial shoots, contributing creative concepts and ensuring social media optimization.
Craft compelling, brand-aligned captions, hooks, and video text to drive audience engagement and actions.
Oversee the social content calendar in coordination with livestream activities and campaigns.
