Role Overview: Senior Director of Media Sales – Western Region
The Senior Director of Media Sales leads a team focused on growing business with media agencies and brands across the western United States. This strategic position shapes and executes sales strategies aligned with company goals to drive channel growth.
Collaboration is central to this role. The Senior Director works closely with product marketing and strategic leadership to help influence the product roadmap and ensure solutions meet client needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of media sellers in the western region
- Develop and implement sales strategies for agency and brand clients
- Partner with product marketing and leadership to inform product direction
- Drive growth through Verve’s digital advertising solutions
- Report directly to the EVP of Sales
- Oversee teams based locally and throughout the region
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling to media agencies and brands
- Experience managing at least two direct reports
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Motivated to make an impact during a key period of company growth

Based in Los Angeles, CA, with oversight of teams across the western region.
