Work includes supporting UPS, DC systems, inverters, power distribution units (PDUs), static transfer switches (STS), and standalone reserve battery technologies. A proactive approach to troubleshooting and client support is essential. What you will do Install electrical equipment such as rack-mounted UPS units, batteries, and monitoring devices. Maintain battery cabinets, racks, maintenance bypass systems, battery monitoring equipment, DC systems, and other electrical components. Perform remedial services including failure analysis, troubleshooting, component replacement, and battery string installation as needed and on a scheduled basis. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering reliable service and identifying opportunities for additional products. Troubleshoot field issues and work toward effective solutions for customers. Respond promptly to urgent service situations. Share expertise and mentor team members on best practices for site work.
