Job Summary:
Crooked Media is seeking an Office Operations Manager to join our Operations team, reporting directly to the SVP of People & Culture. This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the workplace experience for all Crooked employees, whether they are working remotely or in the office. Your responsibilities will range from welcoming new hires and assisting with their onboarding to organizing events, addressing maintenance issues, and managing various operational projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should also be personable, responsive, and equally comfortable coordinating with building management, resolving IT challenges, and managing supply orders. No two days will be the same, but you will thrive in this dynamic environment, being the approachable resource for colleagues in need of assistance!
This position is based in our Los Angeles office, operating Monday through Friday. We are specifically looking for candidates located in the Los Angeles area.
