Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other emerging social channels. Dive deeply into each paid social platform to understand daily performance drivers, creative effectiveness, audience signals, and algorithm changes. Build and maintain robust client relationships, ensuring that paid social strategies align with client objectives and consistently deliver results. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics) and external partners to develop and implement innovative, social-first media strategies. Work with global team members, including those in North America, to align on paid social strategy, testing frameworks, and best practices across regions. Analyze campaign performance and attribution data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities. Continuously enhance and streamline paid social processes, documentation, and workflows to improve team efficiency and performance. Stay informed about the latest trends in paid social, platform updates, ad formats, creative best practices, and privacy regulations impacting performance.
