We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Territory Account Manager to join our Tooling Solutions rental facility in Long Beach, CA. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow with us, infuse energy and determination into their work, and help shape the future of construction. As a Territory Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by fostering relationships with contractors and construction company leaders. Our Tooling Solutions branches provide industrial tooling rentals, including power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and much more.
Compensation: Total compensation ranges from $150,000 to $600,000, comprising a base salary of $24,000 along with uncapped commissions and no market restrictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by securing contracts and establishing Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Generate revenue by providing rentals directly to non-contract facilities.
- Collaborate with local industrial representatives across various markets.
- Compile comprehensive information to facilitate Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and requests.
- Expand our customer base through relationship building, showcasing how EquipmentShare can save money, enhance profitability, and optimize operations. Educate clients on our solutions!
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, ensuring complete satisfaction with EquipmentShare's service and support while keeping them informed about new offerings.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Devise innovative sales strategies to boost market share and enhance customer experience.
- Willingness to travel frequently to visit locations within the assigned territory.
