Engineers within this team oversee the entire lifecycle of their components, from initial design through production to qualification and flight. We cultivate a culture of grassroots decision-making, devoid of technical gatekeeping, where accountability and ownership are paramount. Designing engines capable of producing over 250,000 pounds of thrust is just the beginning.
