Each engineer on the team is accountable for their components throughout the entire lifecycle—from initial design to production, qualification, and flight. We nurture a culture of bottom-up decision-making, free from technical constraints, where ownership and accountability are paramount. Designing engines capable of producing over 250,000 pounds of thrust is just the starting point; as we prepare for qualification, we are actively exploring upgrades for future engines, including enhancements in thrust, new operational cycles, and strategies for mass production.About the Role: As a Senior Propulsion Engineer at Relativity Space, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to advance rocket propulsion technology.
