About the job
About Odys Aviation
At Odys Aviation, our mission is clear: to revolutionize air travel by creating safe and sustainable aircraft that significantly reduce travel time on the world's busiest routes. Our flagship aircraft, Alta, allows travelers to bypass the congestion of major airports by utilizing city helipads and local airports for journeys under 1,000 miles, which accounts for approximately 40% of all flights. This innovation also contributes to a remarkable 76% reduction in CO2 emissions over billions of flight miles globally.
We are currently advancing our UAV, Laila, for various applications including commercial logistics, medical transport, humanitarian aid, disaster relief, and defense missions. In collaboration with launch partners such as Fiji Airways, Honeywell, and Aramex, as well as the US Navy, we are set to commence operations in 2026, with firm orders already secured.
Our team comprises seasoned engineers from aerospace and deep tech backgrounds, committed to rapid iteration cycles (achieving transition flights faster than our competitors) while mastering the aircraft certification process. With experience in developing custom drones, launching multiple automotive platforms, and electrifying innovative transport vehicles, we are fully dedicated to this ambitious challenge.
About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Product Requirements and Market Research Intern to aid in shaping our internal product requirements framework and roadmap. This role is analytical, cross-functional, and integral to real product decision-making. It's a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a burgeoning hardware company by collaborating across teams to define product features and support the development of a requirements flowdown process.
