The corporate strategy team collaborates closely with the Group CEO and CFO to address the most critical issues impacting the business.The RoleIn the capacity of Corporate Strategy Manager, you will be part of a compact yet impactful central strategy team, tackling the most significant strategic challenges confronting the business. You will oversee workstreams that encompass long-range planning, competitive positioning, M&A evaluations, and strategic initiatives, generating analyses and recommendations that are presented directly to the Executive Committee and Board.What You'll DoSpearhead comprehensive strategy projects, from initial scoping and analysis to delivering structured recommendations for senior leadership.Facilitate the annual long-range planning process, collaborating across business units to synthesize performance, risks, and strategic alternatives.Evaluate M&A and partnership opportunities, conducting market sizing, financial analysis, and strategic alignment assessments.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and macroeconomic shifts relevant to the group’s portfolio.Craft high-quality materials for Board and Executive Committee discussions, ensuring clarity and rigor in arguments and evidence.What We're Looking For4–7 years of experience, preferably with a solid background in management consulting (top-tier firm favored) or an in-house strategy role within a large corporation.Exceptional structured problem-solving and analytical abilities, capable of deconstructing complex issues and formulating clear, evidence-based perspectives.Strong written communication skills; proficient in creating board-ready materials with minimal guidance.Adept at navigating multiple business units and engaging with senior stakeholders concurrently.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that demands flexibility and strategic thinking.
