Read on!Role OverviewWe are in search of a Senior Technical Recruiter who will take charge of the complete hiring process for our Engineering and Product teams in London and lead the establishment of Fleek's talent acquisition function. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will play a pivotal role in technical hiring at one of Europe's most dynamic AI startups.This position operates within a fast-paced, early-stage environment where job briefs may sometimes be ambiguous, the brand identity is still evolving, and the necessary infrastructure is concurrently being built. You will contribute to both the hiring process and the overarching talent architecture, which includes role frameworks, interview structures, sourcing playbooks, and AI-integrated hiring workflows.
