About the job
At UnlikelyAI, we are pioneering the future of artificial intelligence, crafting solutions that are dependable, precise, and transparent. Our neurosymbolic technology synergizes the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI with traditional symbolic methods, resulting in hallucination-resistant AI tailored for high-trust applications.
The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Product Manager to spearhead our platform strategy and execution. This hands-on position demands profound technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a successful track record working with intricate enterprise clients.
You will operate at the intersection of advanced AI technology and genuine enterprise requirements, adeptly transforming vague customer needs into well-defined product strategies while keeping a holistic perspective across diverse customer segments.
This role transcends mere engineering specifications; it’s about utilizing your technical depth to establish realistic requirements, guide product roadmaps, and derive clarity from complexity.
What You'll Do
You will take ownership of the developer platform product from inception to launch:
Conduct customer discovery sessions with enterprise clients, accurately extracting functional requirements from ambiguous needs and converting them into actionable product strategies.
Craft a product vision and roadmap that harmonizes individual customer requests with wider platform scalability and long-term strategic objectives.
Utilize your extensive technical understanding of AI and platform development to set realistic requirements (e.g., comprehending ML accuracy limitations to prevent setting unattainable targets).
Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics across engineering, sales, research, and leadership, constructively challenging decisions as necessary.
Produce comprehensive product documentation (PRDs, specifications, strategy documents) that synthesizes research and stakeholder input with analytical precision.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams, comprehending the line between requirements and implementation without over-specifying solutions.
Steer through enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder complexities while upholding the product vision against competing demands.
