Your Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire hiring process: Take charge of the complete recruitment lifecycle for pivotal Product and Engineering roles.
Strategic collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and co-founders to create detailed job descriptions, develop thorough assessment methods, and implement effective hiring strategies.
Talent sourcing: Actively seek and engage high-caliber candidates, building a robust pipeline for both immediate needs and future opportunities.
Enhance employer branding: Use your creativity to amplify Beam's employer brand, driving engagement from top-tier talent.
Elevate candidate experience: Ensure every candidate enjoys a seamless and positive experience, regardless of the outcome.
Operational excellence: Become proficient in our ATS (Ashby), utilizing data to monitor performance, report on key metrics, and propose continuous process enhancements.
Lead the evolution of the Talent function: Play a key role in refining and expanding frameworks as the company scales.
Collaborate with co-founders and team leaders: Work together to align hiring plans with our operational strategy.
