Your primary objective is to eliminate obstacles for engineers, minimize operational risks, and ensure that the platform effectively scales in alignment with the business's growth.Your mission is to provide engineers with the appropriate tools, methodologies, and infrastructure necessary for them to deliver their work efficiently, safely, and confidently.We place a strong emphasis on the impact of our work on customers, even when the tasks are internal; our platform improvements are aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.To cultivate a collaborative work environment that thrives on in-person interactions and teamwork, all employees at Fresha are required to work from our dog-friendly office four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely every Wednesday.
