Are you ready to take on the challenge?The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic global talent team. Your mission will be to drive our growth across the UK and EMEA by attracting exceptional talent who excel in their fields. Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will lead and enhance Talent Acquisition initiatives, streamline hiring processes, and support hiring managers throughout their interview processes. As we transition from 300 to over 700 employees, we need a hiring expert to rapidly and intentionally scale our UK and EMEA teams while consistently elevating our talent standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire Talent Acquisition process, including role scoping, drafting job descriptions, advertising, screening, and providing a positive candidate experience.Collaborate with hiring managers to manage initial stages of the hiring process, filtering applications and conducting screening calls across a minimum of 20+ roles.Enhance the interview process to identify top-tier talent by creating situational, behavioral, culture, and values-based question banks.Assist hiring managers in developing role-specific tasks, challenges, and take-home assignments.
