The Role:
As we gear up for an exciting future in 2026, we are seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic People team. You will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, connecting with diverse candidates across the globe.
This role is designed for someone who thrives on recruitment, enjoys engaging with people, and has exceptional organizational skills. You will partner closely with hiring managers across various sectors, including Technology (Engineering, Product, Data), Commercial (Sales, Customer Support, Founders Team), and Education (Teachers, Teaching Assistants) as we expand our team of professionals across 20 countries and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to contribute significantly within a growing Talent Acquisition function, starting with over 100 roles to fill in 2026.
What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating daily hiring activities in collaboration with our Hiring Managers:
Overseeing job postings, managing applicant tracking, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.
Assisting with CV screening and conducting initial phone interviews as needed.
Facilitating interviews and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Leading sourcing and outreach efforts for key hires as required.
Enhancing hiring processes by leveraging our ATS (Ashby), automation, and AI technologies to attract top talent globally.
Managing routine administrative tasks, including offer paperwork and compliance.
