Our specialized divisions, including Xograph Healthcare and Aquilant Medical, deliver essential life-support technologies, advanced imaging systems, and comprehensive clinical solutions to hospitals and clinics.This pivotal role encompasses the management of critical care equipment such as ventilators and patient support systems, alongside imaging technologies including C-arms and mobile X-ray platforms.You will operate nationally, executing installation, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair tasks to optimize equipment performance and compliance in critical care and radiology settings.This position demands a professional and proactive demeanor, robust technical expertise, and the confidence to work within sensitive clinical environments. Comprehensive manufacturer and group training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service & RepairConduct on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, calibrations, and installations for HC21 critical care and imaging systems.Support life-support equipment including ventilators and respiratory systems.Service imaging systems, including mobile X-ray and C-arms.Adhere to manufacturer guidelines, IRR17 compliance, and company procedures.Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize clinical disruptions.Provide first-line remote diagnostics and technical support as needed.Technical Standards & DocumentationAccurately complete service reports, calibration records, and regulatory documentation in a timely manner.Document all activities using approved digital platforms.Maintain controlled spare parts inventory and specialized tools.Ensure adherence to electrical safety, radiation regulations, and infection control standards.Assist with audit, quality, and service KPI processes.Customer ServiceProfessionally represent Healthcare 21 Group at all times.Establish strong relationships with biomedical teams, radiology departments, and critical care clinicians.Communicate effectively, manage expectations, and keep customers informed.Collaborate with service support and operational teams to meet SLA commitments.Flexible WorkingAdapt to changing service demands and work schedules.
