We seek a strategic and commercially astute Key Account Manager to join our talented team. Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will be instrumental in fostering and maintaining enduring relationships with our strategic partners. Your role will encompass managing intricate tender processes, making strategic pricing decisions, and leveraging your sales expertise to stimulate financial growth through successful contract renewals and upselling opportunities. By working closely with internal teams, you will ensure a smooth renewal process from pre-sale support to post-sale delivery.

What you’ll do
You will serve as the primary contact for our most significant accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, retention, and growth through exceptional service and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and renew key accounts with energy consumption exceeding approximately 50GWh, serving both electricity and gas customers.
· Oversee and coordinate complex tenders from inquiry to deal acceptance, ensuring efficient and professional handling of bids to secure contract renewals while negotiating beneficial terms for customers, third-party intermediaries, and Brook Green Supply.
· Determine pricing and deal structures to optimize propositions and drive growth. Collaborate with the Trading Desk team to structure appropriate proposals and products tailored for key accounts.
· Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and upselling, while exploring and developing new products and opportunities.
· Achieve targeted financial growth through retention and upsell/cross-sell, significantly contributing to the company's revenue and market share.
· Manage internal stakeholders across Operations and Finance to ensure alignment and support.
