The Startup Operations Lead will work closely with the VP of Operations and senior management, taking on a broad set of responsibilities to help scale the business in London and beyond.
Role overview
- Manage and organize administrative tasks, especially those related to EU expansion.
- Handle a variety of generalist duties across the London office and new business entities.
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed thoroughly.
- Support operational needs for both day-to-day office functions and ongoing expansion projects.
- Escalate issues only when necessary, maintaining a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Compensation and details
