What You’ll Be DoingSocial-First Editing & Creative Execution:Spearhead the editing of social-first assets across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.Transform leading campaign films into platform-native, performance-oriented formats.Deliver rapid turnarounds, cut-downs, hooks, and test variants to bolster performance marketing initiatives.Master the art of vertical storytelling, ensuring pacing, structure, and captions are optimized for maximum attention and engagement.Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to define how major brand concepts adapt and resonate across social ecosystems.AI & Innovation:Proactively investigate and implement AI tools to enhance speed, ideation, iteration, and creative effectiveness.
