Spot Trends and Use Data: Identify emerging trends and test their impact using data. Go beyond basic metrics to understand how organic social supports overall growth and brand health. Create Content at Pace: Work closely with our Video Content Creator, Creative Studio, and agency partners to brief, capture, assess, and edit content. Decide when to use polished production or quick, lo-fi videos based on what fits the moment and the platform. Guard the Brand Voice: Write sharp, witty, and relatable copy that fits our "Tone of Bark." Know when to push creative boundaries, whether it’s jumping on a meme or sharing our mission. This position centers on crafting and executing paid social campaigns that support both customer acquisition and retention across multiple brands and markets. Role overview The Paid Social Media Manager will lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns for Bloom & Wild and bloomon. The role involves collaborating closely with teams across acquisition, retention, brand, creative, business intelligence, and product to gather insights and optimize performance. Reporting to the Head of Acquisition, this is a high-responsibility position with a focus on media buying, creative direction, and operational excellence. What you will do Develop and refine the paid social strategy across multiple European markets Drive both acquisition and retention through structured testing and proactive planning Utilize AI-driven tools and processes to improve campaign outcomes Collaborate with internal teams to extract insights and enhance campaign effectiveness Stay organized and ahead of trends in a multi-brand, multi-market environment What we’re looking for Experience managing paid social campaigns, ideally across several markets or product categories Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to campaign planning Comfort working with cross-functional teams and extracting actionable insights Interest in creative strategy and operational excellence
