LN-CC is in search of a proactive and innovative Social Media & Community Specialist. This role entails scaling LN-CC’s social channels while maintaining brand integrity and cultural relevance. The ideal candidate will merge creative instincts with performance analytics to generate engaging, platform-specific content that amplifies reach, boosts engagement, and transforms audiences into a thriving community and loyal customers.
This hands-on position is suited for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of luxury fashion culture as well as growth mechanics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a clear growth strategy aligned with LN-CC’s brand identity.
- Spot audience growth opportunities across various content formats.
- Analyze performance metrics and refine content based on data-driven insights.
- Employ strategies to enhance follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and conversion.
- Compose captions that resonate with LN-CC’s distinct tone of voice.
- Oversee the content calendar and posting timeline.
- Foster and cultivate an engaged, fashion-forward community.
- Interact with followers, collaborators, and key industry figures.
- Identify and leverage relevant cultural conversations and moments.
- Actively pursue creator collaborations and amplification opportunities.
- Monitor key KPIs and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for fashion, luxury, or culturally driven brands.
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts effectively.
- In-depth understanding of Instagram's algorithm dynamics.
- A keen visual sensibility that aligns with LN-CC’s values.
- Strong comprehension of LN-CC’s market positioning.
- Ambitious, passionate, and driven, showcasing a robust work ethic.
