Role Overview The Account Director, Paid Social, leads the management and optimization of social media campaigns for clients. This role develops strategies that drive both brand impact and return on investment. Working closely with the Senior Associate Director and the Global Operations Centre, the Account Director implements social strategies and provides data-driven insights and commentary. Key Responsibilities Campaign Management Oversee execution, management, and daily optimization of social media campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs. Create media plans that target specific KPIs. Understand group-developed products and solutions that may benefit clients. Manage parts of client testing plans, suggest new ideas for experiments, and plan, run, and review tests in detail. Client and Partner Management Develop social strategies tailored to client needs and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring effective and collaborative communication.
