As our founding IT hire, you will collaborate directly with the CTO to design and implement the systems that will facilitate our growth from 40 to 200 employees.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee internal IT operations: Device management using Jamf, Google Workspace administration, and user onboarding/offboarding.Enhance our security and compliance posture: Lead ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 programs, security policies, and audit processes.Manage customer-facing SSO: Configure enterprise SSO (SAML/OIDC), liaise with customer IT teams, and collaborate with engineers on automation.Design scalable systems: Develop tools, documentation, and workflows to ensure repeatable and efficient IT and security processes.Your ProfileWe're seeking a proactive IT and security engineer who views IT as an engineering discipline rather than a support function.
