Role overview
The Senior Marketing Analyst - Demand Generation & Events Lead focuses on building a strong sales pipeline throughout the UK. This position connects field marketing, lifecycle programs, and sales engagement, ensuring every stage from first contact to post-event follow-up supports revenue growth. The role shapes how CI&T interacts with priority accounts and converts interest into business opportunities.
Events and field marketing
- Design and deliver B2B event programs across EMEA, including industry conferences, executive dinners, CXO roundtables, roadshows, and CI&T-hosted events.
- Manage the EMEA events calendar in line with go-to-market strategies, regional growth plans, and industry schedules.
- Identify and create new executive engagement opportunities and field activations to support demand generation and pipeline growth.
- Oversee all aspects of event execution, from timelines and logistics to vendor management and delivery across multiple programs.
Demand generation and sales alignment
- Work with vertical marketing and sales leaders to align event programs with target accounts and key sectors.
- Partner with sales teams on pre-event targeting and invitation strategies to increase participation from high-value prospects.
- Support structured sales follow-up to turn event engagement into qualified pipeline opportunities.
Lifecycle and campaign integration
- Develop and manage lifecycle and nurture programs that connect event engagement with broader marketing campaigns.
- Create pre- and post-event journeys to ensure a seamless transition from initial interaction to sales opportunity.
- Collaborate with content and growth teams to maintain consistent messaging and campaign alignment across channels.
Performance and optimization
- Track and analyze program results in partnership with marketing operations and sales teams.
