Oversee the growth analytics stack, including funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and channel attribution. Work with Marketing and Product teams to spot and prioritize high-impact growth initiatives. Deliver regular growth performance reviews to senior leadership, providing clear recommendations for strategic change. Requirements 4–7 years in growth strategy, growth analytics, or a data-focused commercial role within a marketplace or digital product setting. Strong quantitative skills; comfortable with SQL, Python, or similar tools, and experienced in building growth and financial models. Strategic mindset with the ability to turn analysis into actionable commercial insights. Collaborative approach, able to work closely with product, marketing, and finance teams.
