We are on the lookout for a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager passionate about developing the next generation of Motorway products in a fast-paced environment. Your role will be crucial in driving developers to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, you will lead multiple teams, nurture talented developers and managers, and ensure the development of a world-class engineering organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Team Execution: Collaborate with product leaders to establish quarterly objectives and facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, sprints, retros) to maintain momentum.
Oversee the management of 4–7 developers and 1–3 Engineering Managers, taking full accountability for their career advancement, recruitment, and smooth onboarding.
Technical Oversight & Architecture: Ensure the technical integrity and architectural vision of the projects undertaken.
