Role overview The Senior Events Manager leads the planning and delivery of Bright Network’s flagship programs, such as Women in Leadership, Black Heritage Future Leaders, and Internship Experience UK. Based at the London HQ with hybrid working available, this role also manages bespoke events for clients. Each year, the Events Team brings together around 5,000 students and 200 employer partners through networking and development experiences. What you will do Oversee events from initial planning through to execution and post-event review, including budget management. Maintain and develop relationships with event clients, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to meet client needs and deliver value. Build partnerships with clients and vendors, handling onboarding and serving as the main point of contact for any issues. Act as the primary contact for student event inquiries, from application to gathering feedback after events. Work with Marketing to promote events, reviewing and refining both print and digital materials. Collaborate with the Head of Events Delivery on long-term strategy for the Events function, supporting Bright Network’s growth objectives. Location This position is based at the London HQ, with hybrid working options available.
