You should be adept at managing multiple Building Safety instructions, showcasing your capacity to work within established timelines while keeping clients updated regularly.Experience working on Higher-Risk Buildings and Building Safety Cases, along with familiarity with Gateway 2 applications, is a must.What We Expect From You:You should hold MRICS or FRICS chartered status. Additional qualifications in Fire Safety, Building Control, or other Health & Safety areas are highly desirable.Demonstrated experience with various standard forms of contracts in a Building Safety Remediation context.A proven track record of fire safety experience in either commercial or residential properties, preferably within a consultancy or public sector environment.A strong knowledge of Passive Fire Protection systems, including Fire Doors and Compartmentation, with the ability to interpret construction details effectively.
