You will shape our future by taking ownership of projects and influencing business strategies to achieve collective objectives within our diverse international community of enthusiastic and collaborative teams.Your Impact:Reporting directly to the Head of PPC, the Meta Search Manager for Hotel Only will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance loveholidays’ Hotel Only performance across leading meta search platforms, including Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, and other emerging venues.This pivotal role contributes significantly to expanding one of our key acquisition channels, driving incremental bookings, enhancing competitiveness in the marketplace, and scaling hotel-only demand across our regions. You will utilize analytical skills, commercial insight, and effective stakeholder collaboration to discover growth opportunities and enhance performance across the hotel meta landscape.Your Daily Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Hotel Only performance across meta search platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor, Trivago, and other marketplaces for all sales channels.Conduct performance analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities, enhance competitiveness in auctions, and drive profitable bookings.Collaborate closely with revenue management, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to enhance feed quality, bidding strategies, and platform integrations.Create testing roadmaps for bidding strategies, placements, partners, and traffic types to continually improve performance.Monitor key marketplace dynamics, including competitor behavior, pricing competitiveness, and auction trends.Forecast performance and manage budgets to maximize ROI while efficiently scaling the channel.Interpret complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders across marketing, trading, and leadership teams.
