Your Role:
The Sales Operations Manager will spearhead the global Sales Operations governance framework, ensuring operational excellence across all regional Sales Operations teams. This role guarantees consistent execution of sales processes, systems usage, documentation standards, and dealer network compliance across all markets, enhancing sales data accuracy and process efficiency. As the global business owner for the sales systems landscape—including stock visibility tools, sales order management platforms, and invoicing workflows—you will ensure effective and controlled vehicle sales operations. Furthermore, you will manage programs such as bonus calculations and vehicle registration enablement in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Sales Process Governance & Market Support: Define, maintain, and enforce global sales operations policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Network Process Adherence & Dealer Governance: Develop and administer auditing frameworks for sales performance and customer order accuracy.
- Vehicle Registration Enablement
- Sales Order Management, Data Quality & System Functionality
- Order Take Monitoring
