Strategic Account Management: Work alongside Strategic Account Managers to bolster customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion, providing technical insights during renewal and growth discussions and helping to mitigate churn in complex scenarios. GTM Team Collaboration: Actively contribute as a technical resource within GTM channels, delivering timely, high-quality product and integration guidance to equip sales teams to act swiftly and with confidence.
