Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage high-potential customers, tailor messaging, and generate quality new business meetings.
- Handle both outbound and inbound activities for enterprise customer prospecting through emails, social media, and phone calls to qualify leads and set meetings.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated by Marketing while adhering to compliance metrics for timely follow-ups and connection attempts.
- Collaborate closely with the field sales team to strategize on entering new accounts.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, particularly in the face of ever-increasing cybersecurity threats.
- Become a subject matter expert on our offerings and how we empower our customers to maintain operational continuity.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce & Salesloft) to manage leads and sales activities effectively.
- Take ownership of your sales targets, demonstrating accountability in reporting results to stakeholders. Your efforts directly impact your outcomes!
- Enhance your sales acumen through team pitch competitions, boot camps, and ongoing training – we thrive on friendly competition!
- Receive continuous coaching and development to refine your skills, with management support for improving call approaches. (Note: Calls with prospects and customers may be recorded for quality assurance.)
- Work in-office for 3-5 days a week, depending on your location, to benefit from active coaching and collaboration.
